ROBERT O. HUBER
Robert O. Huber earned a B.A. in Business Administration at the University of the Pacific before receiving his J.D. degree from the University of LaVerne School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review honor society. Upon graduation, Mr. Huber was appointed Deputy District Attorney, where he prosecuted hundreds of cases. He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court and the Federal Appellate Court.

Mr. Huber began his practice in 1976. He is a seasoned trial and litigation attorney, with vast expertise in accident/injury litigation. He has the distinction of joining the select circle of lawyers who have recovered over one million dollars for an injured client.

Mr. Huber, a former City Councilman and current Trustee of the Ventura County Community College District, has held the office of President of these Ventura County civic organizations: Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Y.M.C.A., Boy Scout District and United Methodist Church Administrative Board. He has also served on the Board of Directors of many civic organizations including the Ventura County Criminal Justice Planning Board and the Ventura County United Way.

In 1973, the State Jaycees named Mr. Huber one of the "Five Outstanding Young Men" in California. Other civic honors include Chamber of Commerce "Citizen of the Year", "Rotarian of the Year", Boys and Girls Club "Benefactor of the Year", Ventura County PTA Council "Honorary Service Award", and the Jaycee "Distinguished Service Award".

RUSSELL H. TAKASUGI
Russell H. Takasugi has deep roots in Ventura County beginning in 1907 in Oxnard when his grandfather founded the Asahi Market, which operates to this day. He was born and raised in Oxnard, graduating from Oxnard High School. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from the California State University Hayward. He earned graduate education in Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley before receiving his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco.

Mr. Takasugi has held the office of President of the East County Bar Association. Mr Takasugi has served on the Board of Directors of the Ventura County Bar Association and Moorpark Boys and Girls Club. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Boys and Girls Club and the Oxnard Jaycees.

Commitment to community service is a Takasugi tradition. His father, Nao Takasugi was the State Assemblyman for the 37th District, after having previously served 10 years as the mayor of Oxnard.
